Casual athletes will first travel by bus to the Auberge du sportif in Saint-Tite-des-Caps (youth) and will then walk via Cap Tourmente to Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré (25 km).
CALL the Auberge du sportif in Saint-Tite-des-Caps (youth hostel) at (418) 901-0505 to secure a reservation for one night ($) the following night. The hostel, the only place to stay in Saint-Tite, is near the bus terminal and next to the Sentier des Caps office.

Once a mountainous and rugged part of Saint-Joachim, this municipality was founded in 1867 and officially established as a municipality in 1872. In addition to its vacation and agricultural areas, the town is home to the private high school known as Collège Saint-Alphonse and the headquarters of the renowned Sentier des Caps de Charlevoix trail.
